Rita Rizzo is an experienced facilitator and HR consultant with TRAINING SYSTEMS, INC., a customized training and HR consulting company dedicated to helping small and medium sized organizations enhance their ability to recruit, inspire and retain quality employees and improve performance through training.
Rita has over 22 years experience as a training facilitator and a consultant. She has provided training and consulting services for over 5000 government entities and over 1000 corporate and healthcare organizations. She does extensive work for human service agencies both nationally and internationally.
The principal of Rizzo & Associates, an Ohio based consulting and training firm, she is also a nurse and experienced in the specialty areas of psychiatry, obstetrics and pediatrics.
Howard J. Hamilton is an experienced training facilitator for Training Systems, Inc., a customized performance improvement and HR consulting company. Howard's expertise in water supply knowledge was recognized by the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission's (NIPC) who appointed him to the NIPC Water Supply Task Force, which was developed to evaluate and monitor water supply availability in the Chicago, Illinois area and surrounding counties. He's authored many ordinances, resolutions, and development standards to assist growing communities in developing a quality infrastructure. In addition, because of his experience with public speaking both for clients, and as an officer in several organizations, Mr. Hamilton is uniquely qualified to represent governmental bodies in public settings.
